Lou Jones, Biogenics founder, has been actively involved in product and technology improvements since FREEZE CONTROL's inception in 1985. Technical competence allows us to provide unparalleled customer service and professional consultation. Consultation included with system purchase Purchase of a CL8000 or CL3300 biofreezer system includes an initial, 60-minute consultation regarding the installation and operation of the CryoGenesis software. As part of the initial consultation, we help you determine the appropriate configuration for your application, and walk you through the set-up procedures. With our efficient, expert assistance, you will begin using your biofreezer immediately upon delivery. Additional consultation is available on an hourly basis.
